Pale Speedwell (Veronica cymbalaria)

Veronica cymbalaria is a herbaceous plant (10 to 60 cm in height) that belongs to the Family Schrophulariaceae. It has many branches and its leaves are simple, elliptical or egg-shaped with toothed margins. The flowers are white, usually small and they form clusters (1). Its fruit is found within a pod-like capsule.
It is an annual plant that flowers from April to August (2).
It is found on cultivated land, walls, stones and in ruins (2).
It is found all over Greece.
It is not mentioned on the IUCN Red List (3).
